According to the India Meteorological Department, Delhi had 12 mm of rain in a 24-hour period ending at 8.30 a.m. on Saturday, the most on a March day in three years. (IMD).
Between 8.30 a.m. on Friday and 8.30 a.m. on Saturday, the Safdarjung Observatory, Delhi’s major meteorological station, recorded 12 mm of rain.
According to the IMD, the city’s lowest temperature was 15.3 degrees Celsius, which was two degrees below than the season’s normal.
At 8.30 a.m., the relative humidity was 85 percent, according to the report.
The weatherman predicts a partly overcast sky for the day, with a maximum temperature of roughly 30 degrees Celsius.
The Delhi Air Quality Index was 102 at 9 a.m., placing it in the “moderate” category.
On Friday evening, the national capital was pounded by heavy rain.
